The shipping was very good, the packaging was excellent, but unfortunately the 2.5 needle that comes with the device arrived broken.

Super cute, just like the one in the picture, it has 2 types of lights, and comes with a key to change the tip, super safe and doesn't come off, 100% recommended.

It's so beautiful, I can't wait to start knitting. 🥹 The hook is quite comfortable to hold, and the tips are easy to change (you don't even need to use the mini tool, you can do it by hand). Finally, the lights have 2 intensity levels. It comes with a battery in case you want to try it right away.

I would give it a 5 star rating but today is my first day of trying out the hooks. I like it so far but i want to try using on a few types of yarns.

3 stars for store communication because i didn't utilize.

Please vendor, be aware that if any items were to be damaged, it could be the delivery driver's carelessness. The delivery driver tossed my package from the sidewalk to my garage carelessly (20-25 steps distance). Luckily, nothing is damaged but if there was any damages then you know why. I've reported the driver to uniuni, your delivery company, with footages but because there's no damage, they may or may not escalate. Fyi, the tossing my packages had occurred twice, two different days and same company.
