The balls arrived without proper packaging, so one of them was dented.
I ordered it not for washing, but for facial massage, so this affects the procedure itself.

The size of the balls is sufficient, but to wash a jacket you probably need to use 6 balls. They are lighter than tennis balls, quite hard, but hollow inside, and there is a hole where water will seep in. I'm afraid they will turn black on the inside over time. But overall, it's okay.
