Terrible.
It came in a regular plastic bag, without any protection or even bubble wrap. All corners and not just that, are dented and damaged. It looks terrible.

Beautiful, arrived a little dented but it's beautiful! Great size.

Everything arrived perfectly!!! The binder is very beautiful, of great quality, and well-made! I simply loved it!! ! 🦋 🩵 🌹 The shipping was fast and it was delivered before the deadline. It could have come better protected; the binder came only inside the package without any protection. Luckily, it wasn't too damaged, just some small dents, but nothing serious. However, the store could improve the product's protection when shipping, because it was really lucky that it didn't arrive too wrinkled or damaged. Other than that, everything was fine, the binder is very beautiful and the delivery and shipping were very fast. The delivery was made by the Postal Service.

It's sad that it's dented, but overall it's not bad.
