The bottom compartment seems to be a bit tilted, but it doesn't spill or anything, so it's usable.
Due to the weight, the hook tilted slightly and caused a scratch on the door frame.
Check whether the door gap is wide enough and whether the material is scratch-resistant (whether it's painted).
