The unit didn't come with any instructions or mounting screws, and you must use screws, not adhesive due to the weight. I'm a pretty handy person with an above average collection of screws and these were hard to find. They had to have a 5mm head and a threads no wider than 3.3mm to fit the keyholes, not very common. I hope this was just a mistake with my individual package. Once it's hung in place, it works fine. I wish it had a power led, the only way you know it's on is to look for the purple uv glow inside the unit, which also flashes when you charge it. You can barely hear the fan, so no problems there. It looks good and it keeps the toothbrushes off of the table. It's a good device, i just hope yours comes with screws.
