Answers to common questions about our balloons.
We strive for consistency, but due to the nature of holographic foil, slight variations in light reflection may occur between batches.
When kept away from direct, intense sunlight, the foil balloons maintain their shape and shimmer for several hours.
These balloons are strictly for decorative use. Please ensure they are kept away from food items to prevent accidental contact.
While they are durable, excessive moisture can affect the foil. It is best to keep them dry for optimal visual performance.
You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Standard returns have a €4.00 EUR (approximately $4.66 USD) flat-rate return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible. Contact us before sending anything back.
